Prostate Cancer Breakthrough Coaching for Men Ready to Move Forward with Strength and Clarity
Walking for Health and Fitness has always been about helping people move better, think clearer, and live with greater intention. Today, that mission has expanded.
After my own prostate cancer diagnosis and treatment, I saw firsthand what many men experience—but few talk about. Medical care is essential, but most men are left to navigate the mental, physical, and identity challenges of cancer on their own. The fear. The fatigue. The uncertainty about what life looks like after treatment.
The STRONG Through Prostate Cancer™ Method — a clear, supportive framework to help men navigate treatment and grow into STRONG 2.0.
That’s why I now work one-on-one with men going through their prostate cancer battle.
Through my STRONG Through Prostate Cancer™ Method, I help men going through prostate cancer create a breakthrough in clarity, confidence, and direction, so they don’t lose precious time feeling stuck in the fog of war. This is not medical advice or replacement care. It’s structured, practical coaching that supports the whole man: mind, body, habits, and identity.
My approach is grounded in walking, simple strength training, recovery, nutrition awareness, and mindset work—designed specifically for men dealing with prostate cancer. The goal isn’t just to “get through” treatment, but to emerge as STRONG 2.0—clearer, steadier, and more intentional about health and life moving forward.
If you or someone you love is navigating prostate cancer and looking for guidance beyond the clinical setting, I invite you to learn more about how I work with men privately.

The Walking for Health and Fitness Program works for Maribel, let it work for you!
Hi, Frank
I am grateful to have purchased the Walking for Health and Fitness program. So far I have learned a lot from the program. First, I downloaded all the worksheets to follow the program and then filled them out. I then followed through with some foundational videos which were very helpful. Because of this program, I could get off the couch and stretch and walk 15 minutes a day. My goal is to walk 30 minutes or more daily. When I complete the program, I will not have a problem reaching my walking and fitness goals. Thank you, Frank, for creating an amazing walking program for me. I needed to start this program because I am out of shape and my health is at risk! This program shows you step by step how to start a walking program and many tips as well!
I recommend this walking program to everyone, it is worth it!
