I am grateful to have purchased the Walking for Health and Fitness program. So far I have learned a lot from the program. First, I downloaded all the worksheets to follow the program and then filled them out. I then followed through with some foundational videos which were very helpful. Because of this program, I could get off the couch and stretch and walk 15 minutes a day. My goal is to walk 30 minutes or more daily. When I complete the program, I will not have a problem reaching my walking and fitness goals. Thank you, Frank, for creating an amazing walking program for me. Walk Away from the Couch

The first steps are the hardest whenever we start any new activity.

This video, Walking Away from the Couch, is about the first six steps to get off the couch and out the door.

Before you can walk or do any exercises, you need to get up (and off the couch) and begin.

As the old Nike commercial said, "just do it."

Sure, it is easy for them to say, but they didn't work a full day, spend half the night awake with a sick child or whatever is going on in our lives that make us come home and crash for what we tell ourselves is "just a few minutes."

Next thing you know, you've been sitting on the couch for an hour, and any thought of working out is gone.
